I Am Strong (You'D Laugh If You Really Knew)

Rating: 5.0

I am so strong.
So strong am I.
(you would laugh if you really knew)

but I promise you will never know the difference
how much I want to die
when you walk by and don’t touch me.

how i feel and what you see are not the same.
when you hurt me
i will make you feel more invisible than thin air.

because I am so strong,
strong am I
(you'd laugh if you really knew)

I love this poem - - - it says much more than what is read in the lines, does it not? Would I laugh if I really knew? Lovely
