I am not the man who was with you yesterday
I am born and born everyday!
The flower I see now,
Is not the flower I saw yesterday
The road I am walking on,
Is not the road I walked yesterday.

I am not tired, thinking
I repeat doing one and the same thing
I feel every day dawns with its new clocks and bells
Everything looks new and fresh!
And so do I.

I am made clear,
Yes, I am not the man who was with you yesterday
The man who was yesterday, is died and gone
I am born and born every morning
Being not tired, doing different things
From moment to moment,
Cos' I am not the man who was with you yesterday.
