I Am Death Poem by Suzanne Hayasaki

I Am Death

Rating: 3.3

Do not fear me.
You are safe in my arms.
I will take you to the Kingdom Beyond.
Which is really the Kingdom Within.

See those two pillars?
See how the light shines behind them?
That is the Dawn.
She is beckoning you to Zion.

You have walked your path in joy.
You have walked your path in sorrow.
There were times that you feared.
Though you need not have,
For nothing can harm you, ever.
Least of all me.

You have always walked within me.
Though you never sensed the walls of my cave.
I am deep.
I am grand.
I am eternal.

Here, let me hold up my torch and give you a glimpse of the Truth.
Can you see the writing on the wall?

This passage is but a stage of your journey.
Close your eyes and see things as they really are.

When you have regained your bearings, journey onwards.
Let Zion be your compass.
Beyond the Twin Pillars, Oneness awaits us All.
