I Am A Clown Poem by Dorian Petersen Potter

I Am A Clown

I don't see any problem with my world,
What is it so wrong with my world anyway?
If I choose to have a big smile,
Instead of wearing, just a frown!

I just want to be Clown!
So I don't have to pretend,
I want to see the world pink, instead of blue!
With a lot of smiles, instead of sad frowns....

As for my myself, I just want to laugh,
And ignore together, all my worries!
I just want to ride in a merry-go-'round
And make people happy, instead of sad!

You might think that something, is very wrong with me,
But it doesn't really matter, does it?
Because I still love to see rainbows everywhere,
And see smiles upon every face!

Because I still want to be a clown!
And hide all my problems, behind my clown mask! !
