I Always Have To Ask Him
I wish he would be more open,
and say exactly what he means.
Sometimes I cannot understand
for he's always in a dream.
I always have to ask him
if I look as good as new,
and the only answer I receive
is - 'you look OK, you'll do!
I wish he would be outspoken
and say the words I long to hear,
but to him ~ silence is golden,
so I must wait another year.
