Hunger Poem by Lev Brekhman

Hunger

Just a tiny, tiny bit...
Bit of something tender.
So hungry, I shall eat,
Thanking thus the Sender.
Plainest goodness I would snatch,
Nourishing my soul.
Here there is no 'catch',
But life's empty bowl.
