~hung Over The Age~ Poem by E Nigma

~hung Over The Age~

My heads lying against the sink
I hear the sound of a train coming
The roar of the engine screams
As it devours the tracks underneath

If there is a god please take away this
Feeling that I can't quite seem to shake
I promise not to do this again
But we both know that's a lie

I'm lying here lying to myself
And wondering why I even care to think
I feel drops of the sink spitting on my face
Reminding me that I am not ok

This lights mocking me
With all my strength I mustered up
My hand to show it that I am number 1
Yea, remember that the next time I accidently turn you on

Liquid vices coursing through my veins
Is it me or is it the way you make the ground shake
This earths quaking and wont shut up
Silence never looked as good as it does today
