Rating: 5.0

HOW EAGER IS THE HEART TO HEAR

How eager is the heart to hear
A telltale sign of grace
An ear than listens for a sound
Of circumstances taking place
A little rustling of the leaves
Being shaken by the wind
A hungring for the word of God
A revival to begin

The hidden prayers of saints abound
To bring God's glory in
A manifesting of His love
Forgiveness for our sin
Burdened hearts for people lost
Evangelistic souls
Not afraid to share God's Word
IT'S power already knows

In the streets and marketplace
Are His labourers working
Standing up to the plate
Not a servant shirking
GOD will bless, will bless HIS WORD
We are but to share it
Watch and wait upon our God
For what He doth prepare IT
