Hopeless Better World Poem by Pierre Rausch

Hopeless Better World

With the solidarity in the muffler
To appear distraught
In the motorcity
Her body did it with music
A convincing argument
Since she slept with him
A chairlift couldn't suppose
This is the most beautiful thing
That one said to us
Civilization explains it later
The picture you'd draw
A reindeer game in the making
I have as much as you
Shouldn't it be the other way round
He couldn't excuse
He wouldn't excuse
I'll stay as long as I want
Primed in that situation
And come out again
Hopeless better world
Hopeless better world
Hopeless better world
Into the daylight
