Hope For Brighter Tomorrow Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Hope For Brighter Tomorrow

Rating: 5.0

M-isty midnight has turned
I-nto a warm sunny day;
C-old chilling rain has gone,
H-aze has just faded away.
E-arly dawn has broken,
L-ong night is passing by;
L-ight that shines above
E-xplains the warmth from the sky.

T-wilight and dark dusk
A-re nowhere to be found;
M-orn in March twenty-eight
B-rings happiness around.
I-nclement weather seems
L-osing its strength and power;
O-nly when the wind wanes,
C-louds up high will be clear.

T-ry to go back to yesterday,
R-eturn to the past for a while;
I-magine how the clock turns counter,
N-ext thing to do is just smile.
I-n your mind is a memory,
D-enying to think of sorrow;
A-side from enjoying today,
D-o hope for brighter tomorrow.
