Hope Poem by Tony Adah

Hope

Memories of yesterday
Froth with hurting toils
At twilight now,
My encumberances abating
The thick pregnant night
My hope.
I am content
With the travails of today
Overwhelmed by my
Drib and drab achievements
But tomorrow transmogrified.
