Today (21-7-22) is the historic day
a common woman reached this day
to the highest post of India
became 15th President
and other side
a most powerful woman
who was the decision maker
of this country
for more than a decade
reached to Delhi ED office
like a common woman
to face serious corruption charges.

Wheels of the chariot rotates
a common become uncommon
and an uncommon become common
today in a common woman's house
people reaching from far
to see her, greet her, welcome her
celebrating her win
with her past, present and future
dancing and singing with joy
playing dhole, nakara, mridang
and in uncommon's house
pin drop silence, fear of arrest.

And it's possible
only in real democracy.
