His Magic Wand Poem by Saikat Poddar

His Magic Wand

The Storm came
Letting lose
An Avalanche
Giving rise to a Tsunami
Of Emotions
Which lay buried
For all these years
Somewhere within
I never had any reach to
Stirring them
Into an upheaval
I had never experienced.

The Skeleton
That is me now
Must drag itself
On
The misty path ahead
Which lay ramshackled
By the Storm;
For
My Soul
Has gone already
To
It's wishful destination.

I wonder
How do I reach out to YOU
To lead this Corpse
That still remains
To
Its logical end;
For
I am quiet;
Not wanting to disturb YOU...
