What do you do if your boyfriend still has feelings for someone else?
I know he does. He knows he does. He doesnt know that I know.
she broke his heart a year ago
He tells me it's over
He tells me he doesn't love her
He tells me I am the only one he wants
Then I see the truth
He confesses to her his feelings
He says he knows he's not good enough for her
That he is happy with me....
.....But the unspoken words say he'd rather be with her
He still loves her
He told me he didnt
He lied to me... That hurts
Every time he says I love you is he thinking of her?
Every time he kisses me is he thinking of her
Every time he 'does' me is he wishing he was 'doing' her?
Am I just the best he can do because he cannot have her?
Did he just settle for me?
Somehow in my heart I know if she wanted him, He would go
Go in a heartbeat. There woulbe be regrets,
But he would still go
He loves her
He wishes he was with her and not me
He loves her
Perhaps time will heal his love for her
And he will grow to love me
I do not know
I can only pray
I want him to love me more than he ever loved her
I just want him to love me
Time will tell and pray time will tell
