Heartbeat Poem by Khalid Mansour Saleh

Heartbeat

It’s not the words that you say
It’s not how you say them
It the feelings you feel
They decide what you should do.

The words are just words
Without feelings or emotions they are empty
Just like our hearts, with no feeling
It is just blood, nothing more.

What is a rose, from one person to another
If there are no feelings behind it?
My words become muddled
My feelings are muddled, got the link yet?

So tell me, why my feelings muddle when you are near
I have that mixy upside down fear
Move in close, and listen to my feelings
With those feelings I wrote you a poem

From your head to your toes, my words speak lust
From your heart to your liver, my heart speak love
So kiss me transfer this love
No words, just heart beats and pulses.
