Head Hits Pillow Instantly Asleep Poem by Terence George Craddock

Head Hits Pillow Instantly Asleep

I may wake at 7 am or 8 am
rarely late at 8.30 to 9 am
5 hours sleep maybe even 6 hours

is my best daily sleep length
I sleep late usually better head
hits pillow always instantly

asleep luxury go to bed early
usually never works can't sleep
an hour a few hours to get to sleep

waking a few times in the night
late sleep not enough sleep is still
sadly better sleep than hours no sleep

is little sleep a condition a form of insomnia
overactive mind refuses to wind down sleep
