He Is Gone Forever Poem by Lacie Hebert

He Is Gone Forever

In this lonely world, I search for meaning,
Life's bitter taste, like a wound still bleeding,
I drown my sorrows in glasses of despair,
Drinking away the pain, but it's always there.

Oh, my ex-boyfriend, taken too soon,
Lost in the shadows, beneath the pale moon,
Missing you, my soul mate, in this life we shared,
Confused and broken, longing for you in the air.

A love so deep, like a river that flows,
But fate's cruel twist, now my heartache grows,
You left this world, and my tears won't dry,
I'm lost in memories, wondering why.

But I believe, there's a heaven above,
Where souls like ours find eternal love,
In that sacred place, we'll reunite,
Forever together, in heavenly light.

Though the pain remains, I'll hold you in my heart,
Our love transcends, even though we're apart,
In this sad poem i write, our story will stay,
Forever remembered, until my dying day.
