Hazy Murmur (Unstoppable) Poem by Alice Cuenca

Hazy Murmur (Unstoppable)

Rating: 5.0

words filled-obscurity
spilling over...
satiate the silent thunder
of my yearning,
yet staining guilt
all over me

you are the vortex that gathers
the fragments of the earth,
settled on my core.
a touch...
ripples the stillness of the water
the eyes...
that hold the moment,
ordinary eyes can't see
a tranparent body...
like the wind tangible but unseen

my murmur bashed with haziness
flimsy words, esoteric allusions
to be understood...
is not its destiny

An incredibly strong and emotional poem. The word selection is simply wonderful. To be frank, I truly can not find the words to express my admiration for this poem - your ‘unstoppable’ leaves me speechless. A true 10!
