When you're feeling down and blue
let me tell you what to do
Don't sit around all day and mope
and make yourself look like a dope
Walk around with your head up high
and look up into the bright blue sky
Let the breeze caress your face
and soon you'll be feeling in the right place
Show the Lord your faith in heaven above
and soon you will feel the warmth and love
Remember there are people with bigger problems then you
who could use a really good friend when their down and blue
So bow your head and thank the Lord above
and show those people that very special love
So trust me my friend when I say
if you do this you will have a happy day
