Hail dragon! Predator of the air
Do not rejoice, do nothing but despair
For you are gone oh dragon, passed into legend
For the merciless warriors of old you could not contend
There is no longer dragon fire or flight
For long ago they had lost the fight
So weep for the dragon, the dragon of old
Weep for the dragon, and his story untold

Could this be a poem to the Biblical dragon? If so, he is not gone; he is merely working behind the scenes. Why do you think the world is in such chaos? The real reason for my query is the word ‘ weap’. I am not aware of such a word. Perhaps you meant ‘weep’? Adeline
