Haikus Of Life Poem by Joseph Cross

Haikus Of Life

I. See the little fawn,
Awakening from slumber,
Blinded by the dawn.

II. Divided by age,
Their love grows ever stronger,
Until joined as one.

III. Twilight approaches.
Crickets sing in the warm night.
The world is at peace.

IV.He walks with great pride,
Yet he is oblivious.
True knowledge is lost.

V. The lion stalks his prey.
The gazelle running so fast,
The thrill of the chase.
