Grip Poem by Sander Shelnutt

Grip

I'm slowly losing grip
on reality,
on my own damn life

I'm so ill,
of knowing that I'm not where I should belong,
So mad,
of knowing that I never deserved what I should have

It's in these moments of weakness,
we find true strength
