Gravity Poem by Allian Bern Fuentes

Gravity

My words all broke down to dust
Then desperation swallowed my trust
And the cold wind keeps me pushing
You said the sun still shines above
But the morning struck me down
As the clouds separate in time
And the darkness keeps on closing

Now all has left are silent skies
Cause the stars can't play the rhyme
The ground is growing colder
Just as what I feel inside
But our faces are still alive
So I need another shoulder

I used to think you're the explanation
But my brain went in a wrong direction
What we built was gone
With my promises and pride
This is how it last unwind
