Let me be appreciative
Of privilege that I gain;
The great blessings I receive
Come down from the sky like rain.

Let me express thankful line,
Phrases, words, and statement too;
For God makes the weather fine,
Just helping me make it through.

Let me welcome the pleasure
Or contentment of my life;
The Lord makes my soul secure,
And far from spiritual strife.

I enjoy the peace of mind
Because of the Lord's counsel;
His advice is very kind,
Letting me feel fine and well.

Allow me to recognize
The gladness inside my heart;
The bliss brought by glorious prize
Won't wobble nor fall apart.
