Goody, Goody Two Shoes Poem by Sissy Nixon

Goody, Goody Two Shoes

Goody, Goody Two Shoes,
wakes happy and glad...
Trying to awake,
the sisters that are bad.

Goody, Goody Two Shoes,
walks silently down the stairs...
Coming upon the dining-room,
she sets all the chairs.

The bad girls come down,
noisy and loud...
While Goody, Goody Two Shoes,
floats on a cloud.

Mom and Dad finally wake,
angry and mad...
Ready to spank,
the sisters that are bad.

When presents are opened,
it's exciting and fun...
But when they're gone,
the terror has begun.

Goody, Goody Two Shoes,
has left the house...
And now it feels like,
she's a cat and I'm a mouse!
