Goodnight my darling
Rest your mind easy tonight
Tomorrow will be a new day
We don't know what it will bring

Find solitude in your gentle dreams
Dream of what you most deeply hold
and hope for
Feel their promise but not their pull

Don't let your dreams hurt you
or break your heart
though they may seem far away
or impossible to reach

Tomorrow is a new day
It may be happy or sad
And somehow you'll get through
I promise you will

So sleep most gently and without worry
Love will return someday
and fill you with happiness and joy
it may be just around the corner

Tomorrow the sun will shine
Feel the rays of hope warm your spirit
and melt the sorrows of yesterday away
though they are a part of you

In time your sorrow will heal
and you will be renewed
more humble will you be
your purpose revealed
