Dark, lonely, quiet, hopeless is how I lived my life
Only hopes that it would get better
Promises, so many broken promises that you told me
So many horrible situations that I had to wether

When I was with you I was all alone
You cannot say that you truly cared about me
All those times that I needed you, where were you
I tried to protect my heart- I thought that you were the key

So many lies, so many stories, so many broken hearted tears
The way I saw you was only a fantasy
Instead you became someone who created all of my fears
You changed so quick, I made myself blind

I don`t know why I stayed, so unhappy, so broken with you
I wanted things to work, I tried so hard, I just wanted you to try
