Good Old Days Poem by Jay Lude

Good Old Days

Rating: 5.0

Lover of family and friends
Who enjoys the game of football
And loves the warmth of a women
He admires the U.S. troops
And is proud to be an American
He’s has went from a misunderstood child
And grown into a strong healthy man
His body is a long steal pipe
That will always bend but never break
He lives by his way and his rules
Backing down to no one
He leads a group of WR soldiers
Through the halls all chanting BBB!
He overcomes adversity
And stands tall after every battle
He struggles to manage a B average
And suffers defeat to many teachers
Whose goal is to fail him
But he refuses to bow down
He wont others push him around
And he stands up for what he believes in
He walks through the day with is head held high
And ready to start the battle all over again
Resident of Berlin Center
