Golden Yellow Daffodils - Poem by Dr Shamim ali

Golden yellow daffodils
Beside the roses
beneath the apple tree
Sweet daffodils
I m so upset
You have as short a spring;
You went away so soon
As yet the early-rising sun
quivering and dancing in the gentle wind
Has not achieved its noontime
Have short time to stay with us
Without delay grew moldy
As someone is waiting for you
Departed so untimely
Daffodils you are devoid of hope
hope is tomorrow
Daffodils you have no tomorrow
Hence grandeur present you have
