Giving is Godly
For God is love
Giving denotes love
Love for the deprived
For whom life is a strive
To ensure they thrive
So give generously
That is Godly giving

Giving is Godly
When you give what you cherish
Dish out what you relish
That connotes sacrifice
To make the sad satisfied
The gloomy gratified,
And the miserable mollified
Putting on their faces smiles
Hitherto miles away from them
That is Godly giving

Giving is Godly
When it flows from fondness
When it gushes gladly
When giving is not to boast
But to the poor, honestly boost
In obedience to the Word
Inspired by the Word
To display devotion to the Word
That is Godly Giving
