My heart is aching,
my soul is burning,
life is withering
away, am dying
a slow death by the way;

not a happy soul, never
blessed to be, crying
loud from inside,
oh my lord!
just take me back,
take me away,
to a place far from here,
filled with gay;

moments! some so good,
some hurting, a few that
were, way too bad;
I have lived them all,
endured some, got broken
a lot, from inside out;
no more fit, no more gut,
I can't live it, no more, anymore;

every day seems to hurt and gore,
me can't bear it no a more;
praying to you thee, with all my heart,
with my all bruised soul,
will you please, take me back,
take me away,
far from here to some place gay!

hope he answers my prayers
and grants me my wishes;
for all the prayers gone in vain,
for all that i have endured and the pain;
i pray again, hope he answers
atleast this once, atleast this once;
