regardless of the belief
that one will never be alone
if one makes himself his own
friend, there is no guaranty
that at night when you sleep
and you have no one to hug,
an anxiety attack a la Freddie
mercury does not occur.

there is more to this however,
which you must have forgotten,
love God, pray for his blessing,
let him come to your room,
have Him as your happy companion.

it is the most peaceful poem that
you can ever compose. God is here.
