I wish I knew Ragy
That person who lives in me
And has my name
Sometimes I wake and see him go
I ask him why
His look means we don't share the aim

He sets me in motion
And I set him reeling back
We know the cause and the case
But one of us sets in emotion
When the other's mind has to crack
And there we are potion but no pace

He comes back at night
And asks what went wrong
And my answer is always mute
How can I be wrong when I'm right
How can I think so for so long
And what endeavours can I now refute?

I've known the child, known the teen
And the adult who came through
Now I don't know who I am
After all that we've done and seen
You don't know me, I don't know you
Yet in each other we're crammed

Who is this Ragy
And why is his name of value
He's the human next door with a life
One day he will leave
And just the name will stay
Man, is Ragy and his story really brief!
