Get This Clear Poem by Hannington Mumo

Get This Clear

Get this clear if at all you would,
And leave alone the tasks that are
Beyond your ken or you in vain ruin your mood,
For my focus and cares are set so far;
I know not who says what in Lilliputians' world
Or such other stuff so bizarre
That concern me not an ear nor its lobe.
Mine are serious enterprises for great mortals,
Issues germane that affect the globe,
Or the tempests that buffet the high seas
And swallow its raging waters in a gulp!
