You are my saviour and protector!
Rescuing me from every trouble!

You guard all your devotees
From unknown enemies and unforeseen hurdles!

You alone can protect your devotees,
From various calamities and catastrophe!

You wean away your devotees
From evil activities and sinful pursuits!

You lift me up from darkness of ignorance,
To the bright light of right knowledge!

You safe guard me from covetousness
For the most trivial sense of pleasures!
