Friends Not Forever Poem by Callie Browsheart

Friends Not Forever

I don't know where, I don't know when, but I know what I thought, I thought we were best friends, you told me your secrets, I told you mine, we walked throught the allys, as dusk turned to night, we hung out, we played, we went to each other's house, every other day, we laughed, we smiled, we cried, we screamed, we were sweet, we were kind, we were snotty, we were mean, I thought you liked me, but I was so wrong, you'd kill right in front of me, while I tagged along, it happened so fast, in the blink of my eye, you shot me in the heart, and watched me die...
