Freedom Poem by Kassem Oude

Freedom

Rating: 5.0

I think you are free
As much as you can see
To thoughts you are slave
In penury you're not brave

Learn more'n persevere
Work hard be sincere
Invent your own view
Always ask for clue

Say the truth nothing else
In folk heart you reach depth
In good people have more trust
Update sort you'd be just

Your freedom you should claim
All your weight you must tame
She's not given away
Or offered on golden tray.

Very forthright and true regarding freedom, it's a God-given right to all of us. Just dictator's try and relieve us of it. Never let anyone claim it as their own. Great poem, Thank you for sharing it. RoseAnn
