Fossa
Black, brown or red fur
Round ears, large eyes
Short snout with long whiskers
Grow to almost 2 meters in length
Most animals reach between 24 and 34 inches!
Tail of almost the same length
An active climber
Slim and weighs 15 to 28.5 pounds
Males are larger than females
Active during the night
Food sources are scant
Can switch to day hunt!
Long slender body
A cat-like creature
Has the mongoose feature!
In the tropical rainforests of Madagascar
The largest predator without natural enemy
Deforestation is the vital Foe
Only 2500 animals are left
Lo! Lo! Lo!
