Forbidden Words Poem by Peter S. Quinn

Forbidden Words

Rating: 2.0

Forbidden words in my heart
but not ever never so,
it's full of life's depart
moment's that needn't go.
All days here together
and inside to our dreams,
that we had like forever
gone like river streams.

You and I and its love
falling flowers apart,
drifting clouds far above
inside beats from the heart.
Nothing is here forever
it all goes and goes away,
our dreams that were together
are in night and its lay.

Forbidden you and I
in our lonely dreams gone,
like a faraway starry sky
with its wishing stars gone.
All is here in shadows deep
with the moments that came by,
in nobody's memories they sleep
in their faraway starry sky.

All is here just for a while
giving of is moment's touch,
life ways in time's beguile
o those hours that meant so much.
Dreams are never forsaken
they just go and drift away,
then to reality you're waken
for another so lonely day.
