Finding A Way Through The Maze Poem by Ash Frost

Finding A Way Through The Maze

We can be happy and content,
our bliss a moment spent,
or we can be drawn into the depths of depression, an endless sleep.
The choice is ours,
and it is up to us
whether we choose joy
and contentment or sadness and dejection.
Which path do we choose,
one that we choose,
and the other one that we choose to accept?
Happy and depressed,
two paths we may choose,
on which do we loosen and lose?
