Feuding Again? Poem by Linda I. Weischedel

There were opinions given from the very start,
now these comments are esculating and threating to tear our loving hearts apart.
Yes there were words that have been said,
in which came off of the top of each others head,
now it seems that our precious friendship hangs on
by a weakened thread.

All of us have been through far too much before,
within all of this clamor my heart can't
bear it no more!
Things that are said and done we aren't always
going to understand,
if these arguments were in my sole command,
I would try so hard not to allow them to become out of control,
or even out of hand.

There is one message I would like to be able send,
I wish our family feuds would slow down,
knowing that they will never end,
I am not skilled at all nor do I wish to be a foe,
the one thing I do honestly know,
I am top rank at being a TRUE loving friend.
