Fear Is Not A Good Travel Companion

Rating: 5.0

fear a fickle companion
an adventure inhibiting companion
not a trustworthy best defense companion
a standing petrified incapable lost cause companion
a camouflage coward sell out lies not dependable companion
an option flight not fight swift run away companion
a tends to limit options ability companion
no not solid best friend companion
fear a fickle companion

better to make friends
with confidence and courage
then step out into life

Good write. It's a sound advise as long as people take precautions as some weirdos are out there ;))

To Paul and Susan, thank you for the interesting comments, I think I need to write about fear due to the need and fear friends are expressing. I have a poem in mind if I can find time to write it. To Richard my inspiration, without your words this poem would not have been written, I thank you, the pleasure was mine and you are always welcome.

Hi Susan I wrote the poems 'Deny Irrational Fears An Ability To Enslave' and the longer preventative version 'Take Up Arms Defeat COVID' to address the question of fear.
