Fame's Flame Poem by Evelyn Judy Buehler

Fame's Flame

photogs and bright lights
in the noonday of acclaim
showers of flowers

money houses cars
can't be lost to spotlight's glare
must be genuine

At first read i wondered what the poem was driving at until i saw the picture. Great poem. Yeah must be genuine until the celebrated person starts to lose touch with common people and become " ungenuine" .....if there is such a word
