Fall On The Rock Poem by Jeffrey Stultz

Fall On The Rock

Chorus:
You've gotta fall on the rock
or the Rock's gonna fall on you
You've gotta fall on the Rock
Trust in Jesus to see ya through

You may think you're smart
You got everything figured out,
Or maybe you're real popular
And you’re packin' lots of clout,
But there's one thing you've got to know
'bout your most ungodly pride
when things start goin' wrong my friend
You can run but you can't hide.

(Chorus)

Jesus was crucified
to redeem us from our sin
rising again in three days
to get us outta this mess we're in
But none of it does ya any good
if you don't believe its true
and now that you've heard the truth my friend,
the rest is up to you.

(Chorus)

Jesus is comin' back
to judge the earth one day,
and when you stand before the throne
I hope you hear him say
“Behold a righteous servant
in whom I am well pleased
who had the ears to hear my voice
and come to live with me.”
