Faith
I am the bright light of endless promise
Watch in awe as I radiate
From a once dark and
Abandoned place.
I am the epitome of hope
An unassuming prisoner of faith
A lost and forgotten memory
Of what once was
A change once destined
For a discouraging fate.
Dare to love me as I am
In my splendid mourning;
A funeral for a condition
Of thought,
Mind and
Spirit.
