Expecting Beauty Out Of Nasty

It is my small heart
Bigly you don't hurt,
It will hurt my world
Alls will be affected;
Yesterday I saw, how
The affected world low!
Polluted, ugly, nasty
Today I wish beauty;
You rather diagnose
Heart's beat and pulse
If problems are found
Treatment I do expect.
