There was a storm
There is no power
I woke up late
About a hour
The cereal was stale
The milk was sour
There is no heat
Can't take a shower

My dog threw up
I had had to clean it
This is no joke
I really mean it
I wish he hadn't
Ate that peanut
Then I wished
I'd never seen it

My zipper broke
My hairs a mess
There's toothpaste on
My favorite dress
Can't find my bag
I must confess
I'm feeling
Just a tad depressed

A parking ticket
On my windshield
Other drivers will not yield
Cops are hiding
So concealed
I just need a break
For real! !
