everytime i look at you, you fake a smile...
everytime i look at you, our distance grows a mile...

i still dont know what happened, i guess it was my fault...
but i've locked away my heart now, thrown it into a vault...

i promised myself on this promise day...
never to fall again...
stay away from love, stay away from pain,
and for a change remain a little sane...

i'll those moments, when we smiled together...
when we laughed on some pathetic jokes,
when we spent all day sitting and chaating...
and thought some people were blokes...

i'll miss those starry nights we spent,
sitting under the moonlit sky,
we were together, we were happy,
and it wall enough to give us a high...

now i sit alone, and wait for the rain,
that would wash away my tears,
i sit alone away from world,
its just me and some of my fears...

i have gone far, far away, far away from you,
and we coming together, ever again,
sounds too good to be true...

so i'll stay away, as away i can, and hope you come to me,
whatever happens, we'll still be friends, and you'll awlays remain free...
