Enough Of It! Poem by Michael Walkerjohn

It; is
all, you share.
You; hide this, from
no one. Within all circles
from inside your self; you are
at the same time rival, conspirator
and, an exasperation of frustrations.
[Within your most indifferent attitude]
you expose that need too; want-to-be all
that you can take and be, never minding
what anyone else may need. From this; you
are that potential which suffers emotionally, no
more and no less. Holding a jealous; narrow
self-destructive, and abandoning attitude
adopted long before anyone took an
interest in you and your 'net worth'.
Favour; is a naturally bitter and
elusive trait, which you lose
each time you pen any line.
Blunders and mistakes; your heart
and soul do make, as you attempt to
complete any prose, at any and at all times.
[You passively do; what it is that you do]
coming out to all others as flaccid and
faux. In addition; you are weak and only
of a pestering harm, as these others
know, of your pretense and of your idle
demean. The people have found you out
and they indeed, have had enough of it!
