I have been away for a while but now feel energised to start writing again and what do I read but your very thoughtful piece on English Pubs being open..I suspect we have a very similar view of what the outcome of this is likely to be..It's too sad to contemplate..Thank you for your well constructed piece that gave me much food for thought. Our rights to do things we want to do have been regulated and some have been suppressed due to covid 19 and now that the rules on lockdown have been removed/ modified people are eager to do the things they want in life. We hope and pray that people's behavior in resuming this freedom will be in consistent with proper decorum. I concur with the caring thoughts of the great Poet and the people maintaining this pubs.
